Unlike horizontal clamps (which need pairs), rollover clamps can often:
Handle one plate at a time
Rotate it in a controlled manner

Works best where:
Plate has enough rigidity
Clamp can grip securely without deformation

⚠️ Limitations (Critical to Understand)
1. Not for Thin Sheets
Thin plates can:
Flex or deform during rotation
Slip due to inconsistent grip
2. Surface Marking
Like other clamps:
Leaves bite marks on edges
Not suitable for finished or cosmetic surfaces
3. Requires Controlled Lifting
Rotation must be:
Smooth and steady
Sudden movement can:
Destabilize the load
4. Edge Access Required
Same limitation as other clamps:
Needs access to plate edges
5. More Specialized (Higher Cost)
Not ideal for general lifting only
Overkill if you don’t need rotation
