• Free Delivery: Orders over R1500 (excluding machine sales) qualify for free delivery. For orders below R1500, a flat-rate delivery charge applies.
• Delivery Timeframe: Typically, delivery takes 2-5 working days for parts supplies. In the event we cannot meet the specified delivery period, we will contact you to make suitable arrangements.
• Order Processing: We strive to process orders efficiently to meet our customers’ needs.
• Return Policy: Online parts sales are eligible for a 5-day return policy. A full feedback report with photos must be emailed to us for online assessment. Terms and conditions apply. Storage can be charge for machines at MTSA for verious or unforseen reasons. This service will be quoted based on the customers needs
• Warranty details are specified in the product categories. Please note that no warranties apply to used equipment. For machine sales, you may request a copy of our warranty document for clarification. MTSA takes no responsability on used machines traded that was not viewed personaly by the buyer
• Promotions: All promotions are valid while stock lasts unless otherwise stated.
• Machine Sales: Our in-house technical support team handles new machine sale projects as turnkey solutions.
• Delivery Charges: Our delivery charges are subject to change without prior notice.
• Geographic Limitation: These terms and conditions apply exclusively to South Africa.
• Special Deliveries: For special or larger quantity deliveries, we will provide an official quotation as needed.
• Order Confirmation: Upon receiving your payment, we will pack and book your parcel with our couriers. You will receive an email update indicating that your order is complete and on its way.
• Delivery Location: Our head office is located in Johannesburg, Gauteng. Please consider the necessary delivery time if you are located far from our headquarters.

• Ownership: All items sold under the conditions specified in this quotation shall be under the ownership of MyToolsSa (PTY) Ltd until the complete payment is settled. Until the payment is fulfilled, these items cannot be transferred, used as collateral, burdened, or used for any form of security, and they shall not be considered as assets within any insolvent estate. Deposits made are non-refundable. In the event that a customer cancels the order for any reason whatsoever, the deposits made will not be eligible for a refund.
• Training within the borders of South Africa except if stipulated otherwise.
• Liability Limitation: Under no circumstances shall MyToolsSa (PTY) Ltd be held responsible for any extraordinary, indirect, or resultant damages resulting from a contract or its breach, as well as any flaws, breakdowns, or malfunctions of the provided equipment, whether occurring within or beyond the guarantee period.
• Production Losses: MyToolsSa (PTY) Ltd assumes no responsibility for any production losses that may occur during the stages of ordering, manufacturing, shipping, transportation, training, or while the equipment is in operation. One month following the completion of the last payment, should the customer remain unable to take delivery of the machine or retrieve it from our location due to any circumstances, MyToolsSa (PTY) Ltd reserves the right to commence the imposition of storage charges.
